Copyright Information
Copyright is defined as the exclusive right of a creator to reproduce, prepare derivative works, distribute, perform, display, sell, lend or rent their creations. For the purposes of understanding the applicability of this exclusive right as it applies to the Fantasyland Graphics Online Mall, we have restated the definition as follows:
The artwork used in Fantasyland Graphics is owned and copyrighted by the respective artists. The work has been modified and reproduced as it appears in the Fantasyland Graphics Online Mall, with full permission of the artist, for use in electronic media applications (internet publishing and/or desktop themes). The modified graphics being licensed herein are owned and copyrighted by TWC Graphics Design.
The license fee paid for use of graphics does not constitute ownership, as the copyrights remain with the original owner. The license fee does, however, allow the purchaser of the license use of the graphics as follows:

| The licensee may use the licensed graphics in a single application, free of copyright infringement. A "single application" is defined as a single non-personal website, or a single individual's own personal website(s), or a single individual's own personal computer. |

| The licensee may alter the licensed graphics to include site-specific information, such as adding lettering to headers and/or buttons. |

| The licensee may not transfer the license to another individual or group without the express written permission of TWC Graphics Design. |

| The licensee may not, in any fashion or media, reproduce any licensed graphics for offering to other parties, either individually or in a collection, whether for free or for fee. |
No graphics contained within the Fantasyland Graphics Online Mall may be "taken" from this site and used in any form whatsoever. If you desire graphics from within this website, see the Order Info page, pay the license fee to use the graphics, and they will be e-mailed directly to you for use in accordance with this Copyright Info page.
